This will ensure your pet family is linked together. Simply select a plan, pre-enroll and a team member will reach out to set up your pet's wellness visit.

Preventive care is vital for the overall health for your pet. Providing the needed vaccinations, exams and tests ensure your pet's health and greatly increase the chances of finding any potential issues early for better outcomes and lower costs. To pre-enroll, start by checking out the Wellness Plans we offer. Simply select the plan that best fits your pet, select pre-enroll, and a member of our team will reach out to complete the process of setting up a wellness exam and completing your pet's Wellness Plan enrollment. It's easy, we have a plan for your pet's health and a budget friendly payment for you.

- The Wellness Status App button allows you to open the quick google search to check pet status, view the travel sheet and see if they are in good standing (Billing).

- If they already have a pet on a plan and want to pre-enroll an additional pet, they will need log in here first - this is called out in the copy. This allows the pets to be linked as a family.

- When a pet owner completes a pre-enrollment, the practice is alerted by email and the pre-enrollment shows up on the home screen showing you have an online application.
